shipping & returns & refunds

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.

This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

 

Returns:

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be issued a refund or a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging in the same condition you got the package in. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted such as;

Book with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, then the item(s) will ship within 5 business days from the date of your order although we have a 24-48 hour turn around time to shop our products. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 6 business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at support@dealsyoulove.com

 

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery or receiving package.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to support@dealsyoulove.com and we will be able to assist you further.

 

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $15 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and we will not guarantee we will receive the shipment back unless you add tracking and send the proper information to support@dealsyoulove.com. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order or can be used as store credit.
